Gary Lukens

Gary Lukens has been in the real estate business in Madison, Sun Prairie and Dane County, Wisconsin since 1985. He's a multi-million dollar sales producer who has helped buy and sell homes for hundreds of families, many of them for the second or third time. In today's market, the home buying and selling process is faster, more complicated and competitive. Gary has a proven track record in the real estate industry.

Through his specialized education and practice experience, he has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This designation recognizes his years of industry experience, the multi-million dollar volume of his real estate transactions, and his advanced coursework in real estate finance and technology. Only the top five percent of REALTORS® in the United States hold this professional designation. Gary also holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

Gary holds memberships and is an active volunteer with the National Association of REALTORS®, the Council of Residential Specialists, the Wisconsin REALTORS Association, the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin and the Wisconsin CRS Chapter, serving as their President. He has chaired many committees, served in Vice President positions and has been a member of the Board of Directors for these organizations. He was awarded the 1996 CRS of the Year.

Gary is active in his church and enjoys woodworking and remodeling projects. He and his wife and business partner Kathy have four children and four grandchildren. They reside in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin
